Pages on this site describe professional workforce analytics engagements — assessments, reviews, reports, and briefings. Descriptions are informational. A separate written scope or proposal confirms fees, timeline, and deliverables for paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and original visual assets, belongs to Cloud Beaconbase Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables prepared under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use unless a proposal states otherwise. You may not republish our site materials as your own.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of extracts you provide and for removing personal identifiers before transfer unless a written agreement states a different arrangement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Cloud Beaconbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions made after reviewing delivered charts and briefs. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements commissioned through this site, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
