Refunds, cancellation, and rescheduling

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid toward a scoped engagement (assessment, retention review, mobility report, or briefing). This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Timeframe

Written cancellation requests must arrive at least five business days before the agreed start date for a full refund of the deposit, less any non-recoverable preparation already approved in writing.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the unfinished work. If you cancel after analysis has begun, fees for completed stages (intake, cleaning, chart drafting) remain payable; unused later stages may be refunded proportionally.

Non-refundable items

Approved third-party venue costs, confirmed regional travel booked at your request, and completed briefing sessions are non-refundable.

Process

Email info@cloud-beaconbase.click with your proposal reference and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the refund calculation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days where the payment channel allows, otherwise by bank transfer to an account you nominate.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a briefing once without fee if notice arrives at least three business days ahead. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of ฿4,000. Assessments already in analysis are rescheduled by mutual agreement rather than cancelled casually.

Deposits and no-shows

A 40% deposit typically secures the start date. Failure to attend a confirmed briefing without notice forfeits the session fee for that date.

Work already started

Charts and drafts produced before cancellation remain our working materials unless the proposal assigns ownership earlier; fees for stages completed stay due.
