Brief history
We began as a small analytical desk supporting regional HR leads who needed readable charts more than another internal spreadsheet battle. Early work focused on hospitality and logistics groups with staff moving between provincial sites. Over time, clients asked for the same clarity across remote specialist cohorts and multi-country reporting lines. Today we remain a focused practice: assessments, retention reviews, mobility reports, and leadership briefings grounded in the records you already keep.
How we work with clients
We treat your extracts with care, prefer anonymized fields, and write for managers who must act within a quarter — not for slide theatres. Briefings stay small. Charts stay labeled in the language your company already uses for roles and sites.
Where we sit
Our office is in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. Much of the analysis happens remotely; in-person workshops and briefings are available across Greater Bangkok, with regional travel arranged when an engagement requires it.
