How we work
An engagement path built around your extracts
Whether you commission a full assessment or a half-day briefing, the path stays familiar: clarify the question, receive a safe extract, analyze, then brief the people who decide.
- Scope call. We confirm the workforce question, language of delivery, and which fields you can share without naming individuals.
- Data readiness. You receive a checklist. Location codes, role families, and tenure fields are agreed before any file moves.
- Secure transfer. Anonymized extracts arrive through the channel your security team approves. We acknowledge receipt the same business day when possible.
- Analysis and charts. Patterns are drafted, reviewed internally, and captioned with caveats about thin cells or seasonal contractors.
- Briefing. Leadership walks through the pack in Bangkok or online. A written summary follows within two business days.
Questions we hear often
What files do you need to start an assessment?
An anonymized extract with location code, role family, hire month, employment status, and—when relevant—departure month. We send a checklist after the scope call.
Do you install software in our company?
No. We deliver charts, written briefs, and facilitated sessions. Your existing HR records and meeting rooms are enough.
Can you work only with Thai-language labels?
Yes. Chart labels and briefs can be prepared in English or Thai; confirm the language at scoping so axes and legends stay consistent.
How do you handle small teams?
We suppress or describe thin cells in prose rather than charting percentages that could identify individuals.
Where are briefings held?
In Bangkok (our Khlong Toei area office or your site in Greater Bangkok) or online. Regional travel is quoted separately.
